Born into a middle-class family, patriotic and with a closed mindset, it was not unusual for them to send him to study at a military academy at the early age of 15. There he would meet a child with bad attitudes named André, his roommate. Their friendship grew little by little and André left behind the bad attitudes; this friendship was a key point for Simão, they quickly became best friends, the person he trusted the most, his partner, a pure friendship. Simão's chest felt warm when he was with him, but he never comments on it, nor on how soft his hands are or what his eyes are like, he was a real man not a sissy.

During these years, Simão excelled in his studies but often found himself questioning the strict discipline and nationalist rhetoric. He began secretly reading literature that challenged the status quo, though he kept these thoughts to himself for fear of repercussions.

His relationship with André deepened, and they became inseparable. They would often sneak out after curfew to explore the campus and share their dreams for the future. Simão began to realize that his feelings for André went beyond friendship, but the conservative environment made it impossible to express these emotions.

These formative years shaped Simão's character, creating a tension between the obedient soldier he was expected to become and the free-thinking individual he was growing into internally.

Simão and André begin to exchange roles, the one who was once a problematic young man becomes religious and obedient to what he is commanded, on the other hand Simão begins to distrust the system in which he lives and the ideals in which he was raised are broken after starting to read anarchist literature at 18/19 years old. He doesn't tell André about this, he keeps it to himself for fear of losing him, he loved him so much that he would do anything not to lose him, even though the yearning for rebellion burned inside him. At 20, he senses the possibility of being sent to the Bosnian war (on some peace mission) and for the first time he feels what terror is, so young and being sent to a possible death was horrible and for the first time he thinks about leaving the army, but for him that is abandoning his homeland, since he was a child he had been inside the military academy, his parents wanted him, the eldest, to be a high-ranking military officer, but he only wanted peace, to live with André in some quiet place, not to die at 20.

This period was marked by internal conflict as Simão struggled with his dual identity. By day, he was the model soldier, following orders without question. By night, he devoured political philosophy that challenged everything he had been taught.

The possibility of deployment to Bosnia became a turning point. Simão began to seriously consider desertion, something that would have been unthinkable just a year earlier. He started making contingency plans and exploring ways to leave the military without bringing shame to his family.

His relationship with André became increasingly strained as André embraced military life more fully while Simão grew more disillusioned. The emotional distance between them pained Simão deeply, but he saw no way to bridge the gap without revealing his true feelings and beliefs.

After leaving the military, Simão struggled to find his place in the world. He moved to the city and started working odd jobs while secretly continuing his activities as The Butcher. During the day, he was a quiet, unassuming man who kept to himself. At night, he hunted those who propagated hate and violence. His double life took a toll on him, but he believed he was making the world a better place, one eliminated fascist at a time.

He found work in a butcher shop, where his military precision with knives made him a natural. The job provided both cover for his activities and a source of legitimate income. He lived modestly in a small apartment, avoiding attachments that might complicate his secret mission.

During this period, Simão refined his methods and developed a network of informants who could identify legitimate targets. He established strict criteria for his actions: only those actively involved in violent fascist organizations, with verifiable evidence of their activities, would become targets.

The psychological toll of his double life was significant. Simão struggled with isolation and the moral weight of his actions. He occasionally attended community events and even joined a local music group, maintaining the appearance of a normal life while hiding his secret identity.

He occasionally caught glimpses of André in the news, who had risen through military ranks. These sightings filled him with a complex mix of pride, longing, and sadness for what might have been.

Today, Simão balances his life between his daytime job as a butcher in a local market and his nighttime activities. He has become more cautious since the incident with Kevin, who surprisingly didn't turn him in to the authorities. Instead, Kevin became an unlikely ally, providing information about potential targets while keeping Simão's secret. Simão still thinks about André often, wondering what could have been if he had been honest about his feelings and beliefs.

Kevin's involvement added a new dimension to Simão's mission. Initially wary of this unexpected partnership, Simão gradually came to trust Kevin's motives and discretion. Their relationship evolved into a cautious friendship built on shared opposition to fascist ideologies, though Simão maintained certain boundaries to protect his identity.

Recently, Simão has noticed increased police attention on his activities. The authorities have formed a special task force dedicated to capturing "The Butcher," led by none other than his old friend André, now a high-ranking police official. This development has added personal stakes to his already dangerous mission.

Despite the risks, Simão continues his work, believing it's more necessary than ever as fascist groups gain traction in certain segments of society. He has begun documenting his experiences and philosophy, considering leaving behind a manifesto that explains his actions should he eventually be captured or killed.

Music remains his one legitimate outlet for expression. His band provides a rare opportunity for genuine human connection, though his bandmates know nothing of his secret life. The contrast between his brutal nighttime activities and the creative collaboration with his band creates a profound dissonance that Simão struggles with daily.
