Survivors Guilt

Survivor's Guilt is a project of existential and psychological horror with thriller overtones. The protagonists are the members of the black metal band Blasphemous Liturgy: Marco, Tobías, Bittor, and Lucas. The band will face various problems brought on by their strange vocalist, Lucas. Ever since his arrival, Marco has been closing himself off more and more — to the point of spending entire days without speaking, eating, or even leaving his room. The thing is, Lucas has been carrying a dark inner mission his whole life: to kill Marco. Or… well, that was the original plan. Now, Lucas takes far too much pleasure in watching Marco suffer — and he has no intention of stopping. Just like Marco's father never stopped when Lucas begged him to…

Year 2003, Madrid.
Blasphemous Liturgy is formed by Marcüs Leitner, also know as Marco — artistically, Morgoth. He seeks a sound that recalls the black metal of the '90s: raw, aggressive, offensive, and utterly merciless.

The band was looking for a rhythm guitarist — they just wanted someone who could meet the bare minimum. Out of all the young guys who auditioned, Tobías stood out, mainly because he actually had more experience than Marco. His sound was clean, his playing flawless, and his movements fluid. The plan took a sudden turn: Tobías would be the lead guitarist, and Marco the rhythm.

The band will face all kinds of problems — some stirred up by members of other bands, others born from their own clashes and tensions. But it won't all be a downward spiral. Along the way, as musicians, they'll grow as people too. They'll meet others who'll give them moments worth remembering. And maybe — just maybe — fate will twist things around, turning what looked like pure resentment into something… closer. Something raw.
